Job summary

MedFleet, LLC is seeking a Field Operations Supervisor (EMT or Paramedic) in Brooksville, FL to supervise shift operations and provide direction to crews. The role includes after-hours scheduling oversight, documenting issues, and ensuring patient care standards in line with SOPs and regulatory requirements.

The supervisor will also serve as an EMT/Paramedic when performing supervisor duties, developing staff, and maintaining open communication.

Qualifications

• Current Florida EMT or Paramedic certification.
• Current BLS & ACLS (Paramedic).
• Possession of or ability to obtain a valid Florida driver license.
• Minimum 2 years of pre-hospital, interfacility, or critical care experience as an EMT or Paramedic.

Responsibilities

• Enforce SOPs and protocols.
• Lead and coach employees; monitor performance.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA and laws.
• Oversee scheduling, field operations, and liaison with facilities.
• Investigate problems and provide resolution with staff input.
• Complete shift end reports and handoffs.
