Job summary

The Crisis Center of Tampa Bay in Tampa, FL is seeking a Field Operations Supervisor to lead and coordinate the organization’s field teams across ambulance operations, ensuring efficient service delivery and adherence to policies.

This role requires supervising a team including an Assistant Field Operations Supervisor, Field Training Officer, EMTs, Paramedics, and Behavioral Health Attendants; you will monitor performance, drive improvements through data, and partner with the Operations Manager

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• One year of EMS experience preferred.
• One year supervisory experience preferred.
• Successful completion and current FEMA ICE 100, 200, and 700A and Baker Act Training.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations and manage ambulance resources.
• Lead and supervise Assistant Supervisors, Field Training Officers, EMTs and Behavioral Health Attendants.
• Monitor performance metrics and manage schedules.
• Coordinate staff training and provide feedback.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and incident investigations.
• Communicate with Operations Manager and Senior Director of TransCare.
