Job summary

Maryland Environmental Service seeks a Field Operations Supervisor at the Cox Creek Dredge Containment Facility on Kembo Road near Curtis Bay, MD. The role reports to the site and oversees field activity, staff supervision, admin tasks, and equipment operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 6+ years in field operations supervision.
• Lead role in field operations, recycling/solid waste, or construction activities.
• Valid driver’s license with <5 points and ability to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide management of field activity and supervision of operations staff.
• Oversee equipment operation and daily site activities.
• Perform administrative tasks and coordinate overtime, nights, and weekends as needed.
