ServiceMaster Clean by Prime is seeking a dedicated Commercial Cleaning Team Lead in the Dallas area. The role supports the Field Supervisor, maintains cleaning standards at multiple sites, and leads a hands-on team to ensure client satisfaction and operations continuity.

Qualifications

• Experience leading custodial/cleaning teams preferred.
• Wollows honesty and safety compliance with PPE.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and wear PPE.

Responsibilities

• Support custodial staff and conduct training sessions.
• Manage inventory and perform inspections.
• Travel to various job sites for quality inspections.
• Address customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Assist with supplies delivery and equipment maintenance.
• Ensure staff wear proper uniforms and PPE.
• Monitor attendance and punctuality of staff.
• Maintain high-quality cleaning standards across sites.
