Job summary

ServiceMaster Clean By Prime in Arlington, TX seeks a Commercial Cleaning Field Supervisor to oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure client satisfaction, and implement quality controls. This is a hands-on role; you will also provide cleaning tasks when needed.

The position requires 3+ years in operations or management, leadership ability, and familiarity with ProTeam backpack vacuums. You’ll apply lean practices, train teammates, and coordinate schedules to drive efficiency and safety.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in operations or management, preferably in cleaning or facilities.
• Proven leadership, ability to train and enforce standards.
• Experience with workflow optimization, scheduling, quality control.
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving.
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment like ProTeam vacuums.
• Comfort with scheduling tools, reporting, and Office suites.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs; physically capable for on-site work.
• Valid driver’s license for site visits.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily commercial cleaning and specialty ops; ensure schedules and quality.
• Lead, mentor staff and subcontractors; train on safety and service.
• Perform site inspections and address issues; maintain standards.
• Serve as client liaison; ensure satisfaction and relationships.

• Manage supplies and equipment; ensure readiness.
