Job summary

Dry Force Corp. seeks an experienced Field Operations Supervisor to lead Austin-area mitigation crews, oversee daily field activities, and drive safety, efficiency, and quality across projects.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on leadership, strong restoration experience, and excellent communication skills to maintain production goals, customer satisfaction, and adherence to IICRC standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in water mitigation/restoration operations.
• Experience leading technicians or field crews.
• Strong knowledge of residential/commercial mitigation projects.
• IICRC WRT Certification required; ASD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily mitigation operations and field activities.
• Lead, coach, and develop field technicians.
• Coordinate with Dispatch, Reconstruction, Sales, and Leadership teams.
• Ensure proper documentation, photos, moisture readings, and notes.
• Monitor project progress and address delays or staffing concerns.
• Support large-loss and high-priority projects as needed.
