Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated leadership capable of directing, motivating, and developing teams.
• Proficient with standard business software (e.g., MS Office).
• Excellent verbal and written communication with employees, leadership and external stakeholders.
• Ability to safely operate an approved company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage budget and mileage goals established.
• Evaluate crews for production efficiency and determine methods to improve.
• Provide conflict resolution when necessary.
• Coordinate manpower fluctuations.
• Educate customers, community groups and jurisdictions on potential vegetation/electric conflict hazards.
• Mentor and develop general forepersons and crew members.
• Ensure maintenance programs meet federal regulations and utility standards.
• Handle after-hour tree crew requests and storm-related activities.
• Insure proper billing and oversee Quality Assurance Programs.
• Perform other duties as required.
