Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• OSHA knowledge and regulatory awareness is expected.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of crew and coordination through dispatch to Operations Manager.
• Ensure work is planned, safe, and completed per schedule and budget.
• Maintain safe, environmentally sound job sites per DOT, EPA, OSHA.
• Train and develop employees for effective performance.
• Monitor morale and promote a positive, can-do attitude.
• Identify and resolve unsafe conditions and report as required.
