Job summary

Nor’East Exteriors Roofing & Siding in Connecticut is seeking a dependable Project & Field Operations Manager to be a key face in the field. You’ll own field execution of exterior roofing and siding projects from start to finish.

You’ll supervise crews, track progress with our Nor’East software, coordinate logistics, review scopes, run sales appointments, and ensure client satisfaction with high-quality work.

As we grow, we’re looking for a dependable, proactive, and professional Project & Field Operations Manager to be a key face of our company in the field.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety, takes pride in ownership, and knows how to keep jobs running smoothly from start to finish.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of construction projects, ensuring compliance with contracts and specifications.
• Utilize Nor’East software to track jobs, ensure all proper documentation, and adherence to operating process.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure customers are comfortable and know what to expect, crews have all materials required, monitor progress, address issues, and standards of quality are thoroughly met. Close out projects confirming client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with crew, suppliers, and office staff to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Review job scope and all details prior to job initiation.
• Run materials and tools to job sites as needed.
• Maintain and organize the shop and equipment.
• Maintain clear communication with team members regarding project timelines and deliverables.
• Oversee the quality of work performed on-site, ensuring it meets industry standards and client expectations.
• Run sales appointments, scope exterior work, and prepare quotes in a way that educates and informs homeowners, always with a no-pressure approach.

• Comfortable working hands-on in the field and managing logistics
• Detail-oriented, organized, and quick to identify and solve issues
• Strong client facing communication – this role is a critical for our company in the field. Professional, polished, and excellent communication skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and travel across job sites
• Ideal candidate will have general handy skills and/or willingness to learn.
