Job summary

Dry Force Corp. is seeking a Field Operations Supervisor to oversee mitigation technicians and field crews in the Austin market. You will ensure projects are completed on time, safely, and in line with Dry Force’s standards for customer service and quality workmanship.

This role combines hands-on leadership with strategic oversight of field production and regional growth. The ideal candidate brings strong restoration experience, excellent communication skills, and a track record of developing

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in water mitigation, restoration, or related field operations.
• Leadership experience managing technicians, crews, or field personnel.
• Strong understanding of residential and commercial mitigation projects.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily mitigation operations and field production activities to ensure quality and timely completion.
• Lead, coach, and develop technicians; conducts ride-alongs, inspections and training.
• Serve as escalation point for customer concerns and complex project issues; maintain professional communication.
• Assist with project scoping, documentation, and estimating support; verify documentation and photos.
• Ensure vehicles, equipment and inventory are maintained; monitor usage and readiness.
• Collaborate with Dispatch, Reconstruction, Sales and Leadership to optimize scheduling and staffing.
• Provide hands-on support during emergencies and peak periods.
