Job summary

N-RG Cladding is seeking a Field Services Manager to serve as a key operational partner in delivering project logistics, coordinating resources, and upholding safety, quality, and client satisfaction across cladding projects.

You will oversee daily field operations, plan deliveries, monitor compliance with safety standards, communicate with teams and vendors, and drive process improvements to reduce costs and improve service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction, field operations, logistics, or related roles.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of construction materials, delivery logistics, and field operations preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with teams, vendors, and clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily field operations, including project scheduling, resource allocation, and on-site coordination.
• Supports planning and execution of deliveries, ensuring timely, accurate, and safe transportation of materials and equipment.
• Monitors field activities to ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and project specifications.
• Communicates with project teams, vendors, and subcontractors to coordinate operational needs and resolve issues promptly.
• Prepares reports, tracks KPIs, and provides operational insights to the Field Services Manager.
• Assists in developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborates with other business units to align field operations with company goals and client expectations.
