The Organization

Our client is an established structural seeking an experienced Field Operations Manager to lead field execution across multiple structural and miscellaneous projects. This firm offers an opportunity to become a key leader within the organization.

The Role

This is not simply a project management role. The position combines field leadership, project management, and operational responsibility, with accountability for field execution across multiple projects. The role requires leadership of superintendents and union crews while maintaining control of manpower, scheduling, safety, equipment, costs, and overall field performance.

We're looking for someone who has progressed beyond managing an individual project and is ready to take ownership of field operations across an organisation.
