Job summary

N-RG Cladding is seeking a Field Services Manager to lead project logistics, coordinate field operations, and ensure safety, quality, and client satisfaction across cladding projects.

You will manage scheduling, deliveries, and on-site activities, collaborating with teams, vendors, and subcontractors to meet client expectations and project specs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction, field operations, logistics, or related roles.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of construction materials, delivery logistics, and field operations preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with teams, vendors, and clients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and scheduling/project management software.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities
