Job summary

Rain for Rent is seeking a Field Technician Team Lead to layout, assemble, and maintain pipe, pumps, and related equipment for agricultural or industrial sites. You will guide field technicians daily and represent the company with customers and coworkers.

The role focuses on leading safety-aware, quality workmanship and ensuring projects are completed on time. A strong emphasis on teamwork, map-reading, and access to company benefits is included.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lead field technician employees day-to-day and provide instruction on safety and quality workmanship.
• Strong reading and interpretation of work orders and specifications.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Train department personnel with day-to-day instruction and guidance on safe, quality work.
• Inspect finished jobs to ensure quality control standards are met.
• Read work orders to determine assignments and material needs.
• Assemble and secure pipes, fittings, and equipment per specifications.
• Inspect, test, and maintain pipe systems and equipment.
• Complete department paperwork as assigned.
• Promote cooperation and communication across branches and corporate teams.
