Qualifications

• Approximately 3–5 years of photography/field operations or similar high-volume environment.
• Photography fundamentals and camera operation.
• Ability to direct large groups with confidence and composure.
• Strong spatial reasoning and mental math for row sizes and formations.
• Punctuality, reliability, and flexibility for peak seasons.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Turn each day’s reservations into a clear field plan and prep crew and equipment.
• Lead onsite production including group formations, timing, and transitions.
• Ensure product quality and accurate reservation details before groups are released.
• Maintain cameras, equipment, inventory, and documents; coordinate repairs.
• Identify inefficiencies and develop better formations and procedures.
• Document methods for consistent execution.
