Job summary

Applied Intuition, Inc. seeks an experienced field operations leader to manage on-site testing activities and coordinate a team of specialists and operators. You will ensure readiness of vehicles, equipment and safety protocols across customer deployments.

You will work with test engineering and commercial teams to align field execution with product goals, while promoting a strong safety culture and rapid issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Experience leading on-site field operations in rugged or industrial settings.
• Proven ability to manage contractors and vendors with accountability.
• Strong focus on safety culture and risk reduction on testing sites.
• Ability to coordinate complex field plans with multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-site services (utilities, safety zones, comms) to enable testing.
• Lead daily field operations at customer deployments, ensuring teams, vehicles and equipment are ready.
• Coordinate test plans and work schedules of Test Specialists and Vehicle Operators.
• Partner with test engineering to align field execution with technical goals.
• Promote safety culture and escalate risks to the Safety team.
• Facilitate site risk assessments to inform planning and vendor readiness.
• Serve as primary point of contact between Customer and Applied.
• Collaborate with commercial/build teams on product use cases and requirements.
• Provide operational feedback to improve usability, reliability, and CX.
• Identify and lead opportunities for operational efficiency and cross-functional coordination.
