Job summary

Applied Intuition, Inc. is seeking a Hardware Integration Engineer to deploy autonomous mining systems on vehicles at customer sites. You will work closely with our hardware team, own the fleet reliability, and perform on-site integration and troubleshooting.

You will design and test sensor systems, build integration procedures, and support bring-up with the operations team, often working on-site with customers and at Sunnyvale offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in mechanical/electrical or related field.
• 5+ years of technical experience in mechanical, electrical, computer, mining or construction industries.
• Experience with AV components like LiDARs, radars and cameras.

Responsibilities

• Own deployment of integrated autonomous systems onto mining and construction vehicles at customer sites.
• Lead fleet reliability, triage and issue resolution on site.
• Design, prototype, and install proof-of-concept sensor systems.
• Collaborate with hardware engineers and operations team through build-out to shakedown.
• Develop test benches for mechanical, electrical, embedded and software systems.
