Veo is hiring for a warehouse/field operations role in New York. The position supports the Operations Manager with day-to-day market responsibilities and includes hands-on tasks such as direct labor, warehouse organization, asset counting, and vehicle maintenance.

You will also handle recruiting, training, staff scheduling, and productivity tracking. The role requires leadership experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 60 lbs.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical and technical aptitude.
• 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience.
• A valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and be on your feet for the entirety of a shift.
• Knowledge of the local geography and street layout.
• Eligible to work in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Support the Operations Manager with day-to-day market responsibilities.
• 60-80% of time will be hands-on, manual work (direct labor, warehouse organization).
• Hand-count assets and perform compliance audits.
• Perform routine inspection and maintenance of vehicles.
• Respond to on-demand field customer service requests.
• Redistribute scooters across Veo’s service areas.
• Identify, document and recover scooters requiring in-shop repair.
• Ad-hoc field tasks as required.
• 20-40% of time will be administrative work (hiring, training, scheduling staff).
• Assist Operations Manager with other projects as needed.
