Job summary

Veo is seeking an Operations Manager to lead dockless micromobility operations in a local market. You will manage daily warehouse and field activities, coordinate routes for fleet deployment, and drive initiatives to increase rider usage while delivering strong customer service.

The role is fully onsite in the United States, requiring a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and can mobilize teams, ensure safety, and meet city agreements and SOPs.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years managing operations for fleets, warehousing, or similar fields.
• Able to lift 60 lbs regularly.
• Ownership mindset with a bias for action.
• Willingness to work a variety of days and shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse and field operations.
• Perform physical tasks including moving scooters and driving vans.
• Set and manage daily routes for hourly associates.
• Identify gaps in hitting operations metrics and develop fixes.
• Drive timely submission of fleet health counts and data updates.
• Recruit and train local team.
• Ensure operations comply with city agreements and SOPs.
• Manage inventory and procurement of parts.
