This hands-on leadership role requires organizing crews, managing client expectations, and delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced, seasonal environment.

You will oversee planning, scheduling, and execution, ensuring safety standards and efficient use of resources while maintaining strong client relationships

Qualifications

• 2+ years in landscape maintenance, construction, snow operations, or related field.
• Previous supervisory or crew leadership experience preferred.
• Clear, professional communication skills.
• Familiarity with landscaping and snow removal equipment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and execute landscape enhancement projects.
• Coordinate clients, vendors, crews, equipment, and staffing to keep projects moving.
• Monitor timelines and budgets; report variances to leadership.
• Conduct site visits to ensure quality, safety, and execution standards.
• Support daily routing, scheduling, and mobilization of maintenance crews.
• Provide training and onboarding for team members in maintenance and safety.
• Assist with snow removal planning, routes, and weather monitoring.
