Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field experience in construction materials testing and inspection.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• ICC certification or relevant certifications.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and evaluate field staff.
• Coordinate daily operations, including task assignments and scheduling of field staff with dispatch.
• Ensure fieldwork adheres to quality standards and safety protocols.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address challenges.
• Communicate with Field Lead, Project Managers, clients, and leadership.
• Interact with clients and contractors to identify problems and resolve issues.
• Assist in onboarding and training new hires.
• Provide mentorship to Field Mentors and develop training schedules.
• Identify and cultivate new mentors for leadership within the field team.
• Perform 1-2-1 meetings and conduct performance evaluations as needed.
• Assist in hiring needs and staffing level input.
