Job summary

Renuity is seeking a Field Manager in Philadelphia, PA to supervise field operations and installation teams, ensuring safe, on-time job completion in line with company standards. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, review readiness, and manage subcontractors and payroll processes.

The role requires at least 3 years in field/installation work, plus 2 years in supervision. Strong leadership, communication, and tape-measure skills are essential. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in field/installation roles within home improvement or construction.
• 2 years of supervision/management experience preferred.
• Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations and subcontractor scheduling to meet project timelines.
• Direct, train, and evaluate installers and subcontractors for quality and safety.
• Resolve escalated customer and operational issues with independent judgment.
• Prepare weekly operational reports and monitor performance against goals.
