ServiceMaster Clean By Prime is seeking a hands-on Field Operations Assistant in Arlington, TX to oversee daily field operations, manage staff, and ensure quality service delivery. The role requires leading teams, maintaining client relationships, and driving efficiency through lean practices.

This full-time position supports cleaning services, participates in coverage, and helps ensure high standards while maintaining safety and compliance for all sites in the DFW area.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an operations or management role, preferably in commercial cleaning or facilities management.
• Proven leadership and staff development abilities.
• Experience with workflow optimization, scheduling, and quality control processes.
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of commercial cleaning equipment (e.g., ProTeam backpacks).
• Proficiency using scheduling software and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations and ensure quality service delivery.
• Lead and train cleaning staff, supervisors, and subcontractors; provide coaching on best practices.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Apply lean management to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Schedule workforce and manage coverage for cleaning services.
• Inspect sites to ensure safety and quality standards; maintain equipment readiness.
• Track KPIs and report performance to leadership.
