Job summary

ServiceMaster Clean by Prime is seeking a motivated Client Services Coordinator to support our growing commercial cleaning operations in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. This part-time, field-based role focuses on client relations, quality control, employee support, and business development.

You will visit client locations, inspect services, address concerns, assist with account startups, and identify opportunities to grow existing and new accounts.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Professional, dependable, organized, and accountable.
• Able to work independently and take initiative.
• Willing to travel throughout the DFW area and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine client visits and quality inspections.
• Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify service needs.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Follow up on service concerns and ensure corrective actions are completed.
• Communicate account updates and concerns to management and the Field Supervisor.
• Assist with new account startups and client walkthroughs.
• Provide hands-on cleaning support when needed.
