Job summary

Merus is seeking an experienced Senior Project Superintendent to lead field operations on complex construction projects in Naples, Florida. You will oversee safety, scheduling, quality control, subcontractor coordination, site logistics, and workforce management to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with plans and specifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10+ years of relevant commercial construction experience.
• Proven ability to lead field teams and coordinate subcontractors.
• Strong knowledge of safety programs and site compliance.
• Experience managing multi-trade, high-complexity projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage four-week look-ahead schedules.
• Lead daily field operations to ensure safety and on-time delivery.
• Develop and maintain project schedules to hit milestones.
• Coordinate sequencing and field activities to maximize productivity.
• Review budgets, scopes, and subcontractor responsibilities.
• Ensure compliance with plans, specs, quality standards, and codes.
• Communicate project progress and issues with PMs and owners.
• Identify and resolve field conflicts and project challenges.
