Job summary

Per Sé Group seeks a Senior Superintendent to lead field operations on its largest and most complex commercial construction projects in Pensacola, FL. This senior role requires owning the entire jobsite from mobilization through completion, delivering projects safely, on schedule, and to the highest standards of quality.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive commercial construction experience.
• Experience leading large, complex commercial or institutional projects.
• Ability to independently lead the complete field operation of major projects.
• Experience with phased, occupied facilities, renovations, or complex logistics.
• Demonstrated experience mentoring multiple Superintendents and field teams.
• Strong scheduling, critical path, sequencing, and subcontractor management.
• Ability to read drawings and specifications and interpret coordination needs.
• Solid OSHA safety knowledge and risk management.
• Procore or similar CM software experience preferred.
• Exceptional leadership and communication with conflict-resolution and clear decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall field operations on the company’s largest, most complex, or highest-risk projects.
• Take ultimate field responsibility for safety, quality, schedule execution, logistics, sequencing, and trade coordination.
• Establish and execute the field strategy from mobilization through completion.
• Lead, develop, and mentor multiple Superintendents, Foremen, and field personnel.
• Coordinate with Project Management to develop and execute the project plan.
• Drive critical path planning and proactively manage schedule risks.
• Lead major subcontractor coordination meetings and hold trade partners accountable.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, architects, engineers, inspectors, and senior leadership.
• Review drawings, specifications, schedules, and coordination requirements to pre-empt issues.
