Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum six months of EMT experience.
• Current Florida EMT certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Florida driver9s license and clean driving record.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Mentor probationary EMTs and evaluate progression.
• Provide field training and support QA processes.
• Ensure high-quality patient care and safety on calls.
• Maintain records, complete ePCR reports accurately.
