Job summary

Ninyo & Moore, a SOCOTEC Company, is seeking a Field Operations Manager in Tucson, AZ. The role leads field testing and inspection operations, mentoring field staff and coordinating with project managers, clients, and the Dispatcher for scheduling.

The candidate will oversee field safety protocols (including radiation safety), equipment management, purchases and repairs, and fleet management to ensure safety and quality on site.

Qualifications

• 7+ years' experience in construction/construction testing/inspections.
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• Experience supervising field technicians is desirable.
• ICC certifications in Reinforced Concrete or Structural Masonry are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a large team of field technicians and inspectors.
• Interface with project managers and client representatives.
• Coordinate with the Dispatcher on scheduling for field operations.
