DPR Construction is seeking a field operations professional to support daily field activities and coordinate with project teams in Santa Clara, CA. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and collaboration to drive project success.

You will oversee field teams, manage documentation, and participate in safety meetings, helping integrate prefabrication into the execution plan for complex builds.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in field engineering or construction management.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification required within 6 months of hire.
• First Aid and CPR certification required.
• OSHA 510 or OSHA 500 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports the management and development of a team of field operations individuals.
• Supervises daily site activities and applies quality control measures.
• Manages coordination of delivery and allocation of materials and equipment.
• Monitors accurate daily logs and progress reports.
• Communicates routine updates and concerns to project leadership.
• Participates in or leads safety meetings and site inspections.
• Supports field teams in addressing routine operational issues.
