Job summary

Fiorilli Construction, Inc. in Richfield, OH is seeking a full-time Construction Operations Foreman to lead field operations on commercial projects, supervise trades, ensure quality workmanship, interpret blueprints, and uphold safety on every site.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction, remodeling, or related trade work.
• Strong working knowledge of carpentry, metal studs, acoustical ceilings, flooring, framing, trim, doors, windows, and siding.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to quality workmanship and job site safety.
• Reliable transportation and ownership of tools.

Responsibilities

• Support project execution, quality control, and trade work across multiple commercial projects.
• Interpret blueprints and specs to determine material requirements and prepare materials.
• Lead framing, trim, windows, doors, siding and finish trades while ensuring standards.
• Provide quality control oversight and backup support for Superintendents as directed.
• Identify and resolve construction issues and prioritize tasks to minimize delays.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and safety standards at all times.
• Support punch list completion and warranty repairs, coordinating with clients.
