Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with construction processes and blueprints.
• Ability to read contracts, schedules and plans.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development of project plans including schedule and resources.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, trade partners, architects and owners to resolve field issues.
• Monitor progress and ensure work aligns with specifications and schedules.
• Support the Project Manager and Superintendent in project delivery and safety compliance.
