Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate four-year degree in Construction Management, Construction, Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Safety Management or related field.
• Willing to relocate to project sites.
• Possess a valid driver's license with access to reliable transportation.
• Comfortable with exposure to dirt, heat, noise, dust, and a trailer-office environment.

Responsibilities

• Learn from Mortenson's experienced teams on live projects.
• Assist with field tasks such as handling RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Help with procurement processes and subcontractor coordination.
• Support with project scheduling and sequencing activities.
• Participate in preconstruction and on-site coordination meetings.
• Communicate across trades and document project progress.
• Utilize construction software and tools to track on-site activities.
