Consigli Construction Co., Inc. is seeking a Field Operations Intern in Manchester, NH.

This in-person role supports safety administration, quantity tracking, schedule analysis, and site documentation, offering hands-on experience in field coordination and construction quality within a dynamic environment. You will assist Superintendents and Project Managers, learn CPM concepts, and utilize construction management software to track project information.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of construction site safety standards, practices, and protocols.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with aptitude for learning CM software.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, submittals, and technical documents.
• Strong organizational skills for managing documentation and reporting.
• Basic understanding of CPM concepts.

Responsibilities

• Support safety program administration to ensure a safe, compliant site.
• Interpret contract drawings, submittals, and project documentation.
• Assist superintendents and PMs with daily/weekly activities, including reports and schedules.
• Contribute to project schedule analysis and critical path understanding.
• Participate in short-term planning to meet milestones.
• Support QA through site inspections and material verification.
• Coordinate subcontractor activities to meet timelines and safety standards.
• Maintain daily logs, RFIs, and submittal tracking for communication.
• Monitor on-site deliveries and inventory to keep progress uninterrupted.
• Engage in project team meetings and communicate updates and challenges.
• Observe site conditions impacting schedule, cost, or safety.
• Use CM software to track and update project information.
