Responsibilities

• Coordinate labor, equipment, and material resources across projects.
• Support scheduling, monitor progress, and field productivity.
• Participate in site visits, meetings, and inspections.
• Collaborate with Operations, PM, Safety, and Estimating teams.
• Assist with tracking metrics, status updates, and reports.
• Support safety initiatives and training activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and project execution.
• Observe leadership responsibilities with field personnel and resources.
• Assist with special projects and other operational initiatives.
