Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Construction Management, Concrete Industry Management, Finance, Business Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience with operational procedures, production, maintenance activities, and product knowledge at Ready Mix sites.
• Collect and analyze data to identify process correlations and support strategy development for ongoing projects.
• Work alongside operators to monitor and maintain heavy equipment for optimal performance.
• Collaborate with geology, engineering, and safety to understand full operational scope.
• Adhere to health, safety, and environmental policies, promoting a culture of safety.
• Apply a range of skills in daily operations to help achieve team and company goals.
• Present internship learnings and contributions to the executive leadership team at program end.
