Job summary

Shine BrightX LLC is seeking enthusiastic undergraduates for a 10-week paid internship across Ready Mix sites. You will gain hands-on experience with operations, production, maintenance, and product knowledge at quarry, sand/gravel, surface mine, construction, and ready-mix plant locations, with exposure to moving equipment and outdoor weather.

You will collect data, analyze correlations, and support strategy development while collaborating with geology, engineering, and safety teams.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program related to the field.
• Strong academic performance and understanding of engineering principles.
• Willingness to spend significant time in the field gaining hands-on experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience with operational procedures, production, maintenance activities, and product knowledge at Ready Mix sites.
• Collect and analyze data to identify process correlations and support strategy development.
• Work alongside operators to monitor and maintain heavy equipment.
• Collaborate with geology, engineering, and safety to understand the full scope.
