Ecowaste Solutions in Coppell, TX is seeking an Operations Improvement Manager to drive field performance. You will partner with Regional VPs, GMs, and field ops to diagnose productivity gaps, standardize best practices, and deliver measurable gains in safety, labor efficiency, route density, and margin.

This is a hands-on role requiring time in trucks and yards. The role supports integration of acquisitions, leads on-site audits, and develops KPI scorecards.

Qualifications

• Experience using Lean and Six Sigma to lead field improvements.
• Strong data analysis and KPI reporting in field operations.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose productivity gaps and standardize best practices.
• Lead on-site audits and publish improvement recommendations.
• Develop KPI scorecards for each market.
• Coach Operations Managers on data-driven routing and dispatch.
• Partner with leadership to improve safety and DOT compliance.
• Support post-acquisition integration and SOP updates.
