Hidden Level is hiring a Field Operations Specialist in East Syracuse, NY to execute deployment events, install and configure sensor assets, and support demonstrations and maintenance. The role requires traveling, site surveys, and close collaboration with Growth, Mission Operations and PMO teams.

The ideal candidate will have a technical degree, 5+ years in field operations, an active clearance or ability to obtain, a FAA Part 107 certification or willingness to obtain it, and strong

Qualifications

• Associates degree in a technical field; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of field operations experience.
• Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• FAA Part 107 UAS Pilot Certification or willingness to become certified within 4 months.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company driving requirements.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% domestically and internationally.
• Ability to perform physical fieldwork and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Growth, Mission Operations and Customer Success, and PMO to scope customer and mission requirements.
• Leverage modeling and simulation tools to propose sensor laydowns per requirements.
• Develop deployment plans for modeled architectures.
• Conduct site surveys to assess installation feasibility.
• Execute deployment plans, including delivery and configuration of sensor assets.
• Support integration of data into external platforms with Engineering teams.
• Provide training to customer end users.
• Ensure compliance with installation regulations, including export controls for international events.
• Maintain deployment asset readiness and inventories.
• Build relationships with customers and external stakeholders.
• Support field operations for engineering test events.
