Job summary

Hidden Level Inc. is seeking a Field Operations Specialist to execute deployments, installations, tests, and demonstrations of RF sensing technology from Syracuse, NY. You will lead field activities, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure readiness of sensor assets.

The role requires 5+ years in field operations, travel up to 75%, and eligibility for a U.S. security clearance. FAA Part 107 certification or willingness to obtain it within 4 months is needed, with a valid driver’s

Qualifications

• Associates degree in a technical field; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of field operations experience.
• Experience in project management and logistics of field operations.
• Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain clearance within 6 months of employment.
• FAA Part 107 UAS Pilot Certification or willingness to become certified within 4 months of employment.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company driving requirements.
• Confidence towing equipment trailer with company vehicles.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 75% domestically and internationally.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Growth, Mission Operations and Customer Success, and PMO team members to scope customer and mission requirements.
• Leverage modeling and simulation tools to propose sensor laydowns per requirements.
• Develop deployment plans for modeled architectures.
• Conduct site surveys to assess installation feasibility.
• Execute deployment plans and configure Hidden Level sensor assets for customers or demos.
• Support integration of data into external platforms with Engineering.
• Support demonstration events and training for customer end users.
• Ensure compliance with regulations including export controls for international events.
• Maintain deployment asset readiness and inventories.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and external stakeholders.
• Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance and support field ops for testing.
