Job summary

EnviroVantage, Inc. seeks a Director of Field Operations to lead field teams and oversee project execution across active sites.

You will ensure safety, schedule, budget, and quality while guiding field means, methods, staffing, and equipment utilization. As a senior leader, you will develop project managers and foremen, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement across abatement and demolition scopes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction management or related field.
• 10+ years’ direct experience in Environmental Remediation and/or Demolition.
• OSHA training completed.
• Strong relationship and team-building skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CM software.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for all field operations across active projects.
• Staff, sequence, equip, and execute projects to meet schedule, budget, quality goals.
• Monitor project status, staffing, milestones, and risks; conduct site visits.
• Resolve field challenges related to manpower, equipment, sequencing, and logistics.
• Standardize field execution practices to drive consistency and excellence.
• Report field performance metrics and provide ongoing improvements.
