Job summary

Terraphase Engineering Inc. seeks a hands-on Environmental Site Foreman to support environmental construction and remediation projects across the region.

You will oversee field operations on earthwork, grading, environmental remediation, and construction activities while ensuring safety, efficiency, and budget compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a Site Supervisor/Foreman-type role.
• Experience managing projects with budgets of roughly $100,000 or more.
• Experience leading field crews and coordinating daily construction activities.
• Strong understanding of construction plans, grading plans, and field operations.
• Experience operating heavy equipment and using standard office software for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations on environmental and construction projects.
• Supervise field crews of 3 to 5 employees and coordinate subcontractors.
• Interpret construction drawings, grading plans, and project specifications.
• Coordinate equipment, materials, and project logistics.
• Monitor project progress, safety, quality, and production.
• Prepare daily reports, field documentation, and project updates.
• Assist with project budgeting, tracking labor and equipment costs, and reporting project status.
• Travel to project sites throughout the region as needed.
