Job summary

Romanoff Renovations is seeking a Customer Service Representative to build and maintain positive relationships with customers, installers, office managers, and The Home Depot across designated regions. You will manage work orders, assist installation crews, and dispatch materials, using a forklift when required.

You will report to a Site Operations Manager and support day-to-day operations, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and customer expectations are met across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service experience and communication skills.
• Must be able to travel to field offices, job sites, and Home Depot stores.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience coordinating schedules and work orders.

Responsibilities

• Monitor installations and act as liaison between stores, customers, subcontractors, and personnel.
• Process requests for estimates and follow up with appropriate staff.
• Maintain installer engagement and ensure on-time delivery of services.
• Coordinate receipt of material, installer pickup, and scheduling of all work orders.
• Push schedule incoming orders with customers and installers.
• Handle service tickets with DSOM/SOM/ASOM to coordinate resolutions.
