Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Field Operations Coordinator to coordinate equipment and field resources, ensuring projects run on schedule. You will work closely with field teams, the Operations Manager, and leadership to maintain robust workflows and solve problems quickly.

The role requires high organization, attention to detail, and strong communication, with responsibilities spanning logistics, reporting, and cross-department collaboration to improve efficiency and safety.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license, willingness to travel as needed and maintain a clear MVR.

• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work environments.
• Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily equipment needs for field operations activities.
• Communicate regularly with field teams to provide support and address issues.
• Assist in the planning and scheduling of field personnel and resources.
• Manage weekly payroll reporting and maintenance of field equipment and supplies.
• Resolve field-related issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize operational efficiency.
• Prepare and distribute regular operational reports to management.
• Maintain accurate records of field activities and performance metrics.
• Be willing to take on other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned.
