Responsibilities

• Coordinate contractor management and performance within the Management Area and report to Area VP and Regional Senior Director of Field Operations
• Provide oversight of technical operations to maintain network integrity and ensure quality of voice, video and data services
• Plan, secure and deploy contractor resources to meet business demands and ensure adherence to scope of work
• Provide technical support and direction to staff and contractors regarding operational standards and compliance
• Assist in budgeting, capital projects, and cost management for new products and services
• Lead staff performance efforts and foster positive employee relations to build frontline leadership
