Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Willingness to drive company vehicles between jobsites.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance as needed.
• Ability to stand/walk/bend/reach for extended periods on varied sites.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality; able to work independently or with a team.
• Good organizational and communication skills; follow instructions.
• Basic smartphone usage and familiarity with tech.
• Professional interaction with clients, contractors, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations across jobsites, contracts, and projects.
• Deploy staff, supplies, equipment, and vehicles to assigned work.
• Visit jobsites to assist crews and monitor conditions.
• Communicate schedules and field issues to the Senior Operations Supervisor.
• Assist with staffing adjustments and provide field coverage when needed.
• Lead crews on designated construction cleaning projects where assigned.
• Receive, organize, store, and distribute supplies and PPE; assist with inventory.
• Inspect equipment and vehicles and report damage for maintenance.
• Transport equipment between warehouse and jobsites.
• Assist with minor repairs, assembly, and facility support.
• Reinforce safety, PPE, and quality standards and document findings.
