Role Description

The Assistant to the Senior Operations Supervisor is a full-time, on-site field and operations support role based in West Palm Beach or near, willing to drive to Port St. Lucie, FL, with travel to CCMS jobsites and client locations. This is not solely an office, warehouse, or cleaning position. You will work directly with the Senior Operations Supervisor in a fast-moving environment, supporting daily operations across jobsites, accounts, warehouse activities, equipment, vehicles, staffing, and special projects.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily operations across jobsites, contracts, construction projects, mobilizations, start-ups, and completions
• Deploy employees, crews, supplies, equipment, vehicles, PPE, and tools to assigned work
• Visit jobsites to support crews, deliver materials, monitor conditions, and resolve routine field issues
• Communicate schedules, field conditions, shortages, equipment problems, and employee concerns to the Senior Operations Supervisor
• Assist with staffing adjustments and provide temporary field coverage when needed
• Serve as Crew Leader on designated construction cleaning projects (rough, final, touch-up, and punch-list work)
• Receive, organize, store, and distribute supplies, chemicals, PPE, tools, and equipment; assist with inventory control
• Inspect equipment and vehicles for readiness; report damage and assist with preventive maintenance
• Transport equipment and supplies between the warehouse and jobsites
• Assist with minor repairs, assembly, shelving, and facility support
• Reinforce safety, PPE, and quality standards; assist with inspections, deficiency reports, corrective actions, and digital documentation

Over time, you will build broad operational knowledge. Your path can grow from Assistant to Crew Leader/Field Supervisor, then Supervisor, Senior Supervisor, or other Operations leadership roles. Depending on performance, CCMS may also provide industry training and certifications in areas such as hard-floor care, carpet cleaning, water damage restoration, applied structural drying, fire and smoke restoration, odor control, and jobsite safety.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a driving record acceptable for operating company vehicles
• Reliable transportation and willingness to drive company vehicles between jobsites
• Ability to safely lift, carry, load, and unload up to 50 lbs, using team lifting or equipment when needed
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, climb, push, and pull equipment for extended periods in warehouse, commercial, and construction-site environments
• Dependable attendance and punctuality; able to work independently and as part of a team
• Good organizational and communication skills; able to follow written and verbal instructions
