Job summary

Samaritan's Purse in Boone, NC is seeking a Field Operations Coordinator to join the Operation Christmas Child International team. You will manage travel processes, enter reports, and support international events, assisting staff and volunteers in fulfilling our mission.

The role requires 1+ year of related experience, data entry skills, and familiarity with MS Office; salary benefits are provided, and travel is expected.

Qualifications

Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; at least one year related experience or training.
General knowledge of data entry in various systems.
General knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PPT.
General knowledge of Outlook Calendar and scheduling.
Ability to calculate numerical figures and budgets.
Ability to learn new computer software systems.
Ability to communicate across cultures.

Responsibilities

Enter and update travel reports for International Field Representatives.
Manage travel processes for staff, international field reps, and volunteers.
Provide support for international seasonal events.
Assist in selection, ordering, and inventory management of volunteer gifts and clothing.
Other duties as assigned.

Maintain a personal, active relationship with Jesus Christ and is a consistent witness for Jesus Christ
Enter and update travel reports for International Field Representatives
Manage travel processes for Operation Christmas Child staff, International Field Representatives, and volunteers
Provide support for international seasonal events
Assist in the selection, ordering, and inventory management of volunteer recognition gifts and clothing
Other duties as assigned

What are the qualifications?
