Job summary

Monro, Inc. seeks a Store Compliance Auditor to evaluate, inspect, and audit store operations in the Charlotte, NC area.

You will report to the Director of Operations Support and conduct daily store visits to verify compliance with safety, inventory, and equipment standards. The role requires a 4+ year retail management background, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
• 4+ years of Retail Management experience.
• Strong analytical and time management skills.
• Proactive, process-driven with strong communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Audit store compliance and operational tasks on a regular basis.
• Visit store locations daily and perform inspections and inventories.
• Communicate audit results to Store & District leadership and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with Field Leadership to ensure timely execution of initiatives.
