Job summary

Monro, Inc. is seeking a Compliance and Field Operations Auditor to evaluate and improve store compliance. You will visit locations daily, perform audits, and work with field leadership to ensure timely implementation of initiatives.

The role requires 4+ years in retail management, strong analytical skills, and extensive travel (75%+). Excellent communication and MS Office proficiency are essential, with a focus on driving process improvements across the network.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
• 4 plus years of Retail Management experience.
• Must be able to multi-task/problem solve and possess strong analytical and time management skills.
• Possess strong interpersonal skills to deal effectively with a wide variety of people assertively and confidently.
• Self-directed team player with the ability to manage multiple activities.
• Pro-active and process driven.
• Must be a result oriented, with the ability to successfully interface with all levels and areas of the organization, establish close working relationships, and build consensus for chosen solutions.
• Proven influence and collaboration skills and ability to effectively interact with management to identify, develop, and implement process compliance and improvements.
• Able to be flexible and adapt to different work groups, work styles, and work environments.
• Ability to develop creative solutions to problem-solving.
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills, including presenting to large groups.
• Must be skilled in the use of Microsoft suites of office products.
• Enthusiastic, energetic, and highly driven.
• Works well in the collaborative work environment.
• Travel 75% plus in field operations.

Responsibilities

• Participates in Monro Forward initiatives, DM onboarding, inventory subject matter expert, inventory analysis, safety compliance, building and equipment maintenance, and compliance for major initiatives.
• Train teammates on TCC’s, OCC’s, PI’s, Lift Inspections and Safety Inspections.
• Support Loss Prevention with investigations.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop remediation activities.
• Develop recommendations for process improvements and efficiencies.
• Participate in POS Testing as needed.
• Assist with other projects and duties as assigned.
• Schedule and prepare for Store Compliance visits up to 13 weeks in advance.
• Complete Lift Inspections and Asset Safety Audits during visits.
• Communicate audit results to Store & District leadership.
