Monro Inc. is seeking a Compliance & Store Operations Auditor to join our team in the Miami/Orlando area.

Reporting to the Director of Operations Support, you will visit store locations daily and perform audits to evaluate compliance and operational effectiveness. You will schedule visits up to 13 weeks in advance, train teammates on inspections, collaborate with field leadership, and contribute to process improvements.

Competenze

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
• 4+ years of Retail Management experience.
• Must be able to multi-task and problem solve with strong analytical and time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.

Mansioni

• Perform regular audits at store locations.
• Collaborate with field leadership to ensure compliance initiatives.
• Schedule and prepare for store compliance visits up to 13 weeks in advance.
• Provide training on TCC/OCC/PI/Lift Inspections.
• Develop process improvements and efficiency recommendations.
